I honestly don't know what to put here because I am consistently finding myself. I really thought I had my life figured out after graduating high school and starting college, but then I was diagnosed with Narcolepsy. I was faced with an early-life crisis; I was forced to make adjustments to every aspect of my life, to prioritize my health, and to ultimately become selfish in a way I never had before.

Pre-narcolepsy diagnosis, I was on the path to medical school, but now that I have explored my artistic potential, this is all I can see myself pursuing. Due to my disability, I haven't been very successful in working for someone else, but I am extremely stimulated and focused by working on a personal project or a commissioned piece. I really pride myself on making one-of-a-kind products because it’s extra special knowing that a copy of it will never exist. Whether I reuse graphics or work with leftover fabric, I automatically end up with unique pieces and reduce clothing waste... Two birds, one stone.
